摘　　要：阐述了造纸法再造烟叶的发展情况和清洁化生产方面现存的问题,影响和制约了再造烟叶产业的可持续性发展,介绍了废水处理和固体废弃物回收利用2个方面的研究现状,生产企业有必要向废弃物主动处理和资源化回收利用的趋势转变。展望了造纸法再造烟叶生产废弃物处理与利用的研究方向。The development of the paper-process reconstituted tobacco and the issues of clean production of production enterprises seriously restricting the sustainable development of the reconstituted tobacco were summarized.Advanced researches on the wastewater treatment and the solid waste recycling of reconstituted tobaccos process were introduced,respectively.It is necessary to actively treat the wastes and recovery the resource.Also the research direction of the treatment and utilization of wastes produced by the reconstituted tobaccos enterprises were prospected.
