军工企业清洁生产技术问题研究

摘　　要：结合中国军工企业发展的现状,以成功实施清洁生产的国内同行为例,通过对其工艺改造和中水回用2个中/高费方案的分析,证实中国军工企业实施清洁生产的可行性,并进一步论述长期阻碍中国军工企业发展的清洁生产问题,同时结合具体问题提出解决对策。研究结果表明实施清洁生产,采用循环经济是目前中国军工企业发展的首要选择,也是提高中国军工企业市场竞争力的关键一步。In combination with the present situation of the development of Chinese military enterprise,take domestic counterparts which successful implement cleaner production for example and analysis the two medium/high cost schemes of technological transformation and water reuse,proved the feasibility of Chinese military enterprises implemented cleaner production and further discusses the problem of hinder the development of Chinese military enterprise cleaner production,at the same time,propose the countermeasure according to the Specific questions.The results of the study show that implement cleaner production,use cyclic economy are the first choice and key step to the development of Chinese military enterprise and improve the market competitiveness.
