关于机动车环保检验机构内部管理的探讨

摘　　要：国家环境保护部《机动车环保检验机构管理规定》的出台,标志着我国机动车环保制度已建立,但是各地机动车环检机构发展迅速,管理工作良莠不齐,难以适应当前机动车污染减排形势的需要。针对辽宁省机动车环检机构管理中存在的问题,提出机动车环保检验机构内部管理的措施,旨在规范机动车环保检验机构行为,提高机动车环保检测工作质量的同时,提高机动车环检机构的管理水平,为"十二五"减排提供科学依据。Ministry of Environmental Protection vehicle environmental inspection regulations,the introduction,marking that vehicle environmental system has been established in China,but the company of vehicle emission inspection seized the rapid institutional development across the country,management is not satisfactory,it's difficult to adapt to the current situation of the vehicle pollution reductionneeds.The company of vehicle emission inspection seized institutions to manage the problems in liaoning province,the author put forward a vehicle environmental inspection agency management system,designed to regu late vehicle environmental testing organizational behavior,and improve the quality of the work of vehicle environmental testing at the same time,improve the management level of the company of vehicle emission inspection vehicle emission inspec tion.In order to the The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline emission reduction provide a scientific basis.
