摘  要:将光催化剂二氧化钛负载于活性炭纤维上是解决二氧化钛易流失、难以回收问题,实现活性炭纤维与二氧化钛协同催化的可行方案之一。文章综述了多种活性炭纤维载钛技术,包括偶联法、粉体烧结法、溶胶-凝胶法、离子交换法和液相沉积法。介绍了载钛活性炭纤维对水中污染物和气态污染物的降解效果和机理,以及这些载钛技术在污水废气处理方面的研究现状,以期为采用载钛活性炭纤维技术解决常规污水废气处理工艺难以彻底去除的一些污染物提供参考依据,同时提出了今后在活性炭纤维载钛应用方面应该进一步研究的问题。TiO2loaded activated carbon fibers were considered as a viable option to solve the problem of easily loss and difficulty recycle of TiO2, and to achieve the cooperative catalysis of activated carbon fibers and TiO2. This paper summarized various technologies of activated carbon fiber loading TiO2, including coupling method, powder sintering method, sol-gel method, ion exchange method and liquid phase deposition method. The mechanism and the degradation effect on wastewater and waste gas of these methods were introduced. The current status of these methods were introduced in the wastewater and waste gas treatment processing, which would provide scientific fundamental for the degradation of the hard removal contaminates by the common method. Furthermore, the further problems in the application of TiO2loaded activated carbon fibers were put forward.
