摘  要:文章是对采集到的滤膜样品在电热板上加酸进行消解,然后利用原子荧光光谱法进行测定,并对部分消解条件和仪器使用条件进行适当优化。测定结果表明,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为1.000 0,检出限为0.09μg/L,精密度为1.79%,加标回收率为93.7%~102%,标准样品的测定值都在标准值允许范围之内,该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,适于颗粒物滤膜中砷的测定。In this study, the membrane samples were acid digestion in the electric heating plate firstly. And then they were determined by using the method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The partial digestion conditions and instrument conditions were also optimized. The results show that the standard curve linearity is good, the related coefficient was 1.000 0, the detection limit was 0.09 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 1.79%, and the adding standard recovery rates of the method were 93.7%~102%.The value of determination of the standard sample remains within the limits of the standard value.Therefore, the method has the advantages of simplicity of operator, high sensitivity, and suitable for the determination of arsenic in Filter Collection of Atmospheric Particles.
