摘  要:在爆炸容器中投放SF6示踪气体,可以快速预警有毒有害气体及气溶胶的泄漏,为爆轰实验及工作人员的安全提供保障,同时考核容器的密封性能。为满足SF6示踪气体投放要求,文章针对口径>2 cm玻璃投放瓶,研究了环氧树脂胶双层密封技术。通过改进环氧树脂胶的制作工艺,使得固化后的环氧树脂胶均匀有韧性,气泡少,粘结性能好。采用瓶口双层密封的制作方法,大大提高了投放瓶的密封性能。经过负压及常压密封性能检验,投放瓶在20 kPa负压条件下,保持20 d无泄漏;在常压下6个月内未监测到SF6示踪气体的泄漏。环氧树脂胶双层密封技术可实现对大口径玻璃投放瓶的有效密封,该技术方法可应用于爆炸容器内示踪气体的泄漏监测。The tracer gas leakage monitor can early warn harmful gas and aerosol leakage in explosive experiment, which is very important for safety of participants. In order to perform tracer gas leakage monitor successfully, glass jar filled with tracer gas(SF6) which would be put into container of explosive experiment must be airproof. The general method of making epoxy-resin-glue was improved and a kind of two layer epoxy-resin-glue sealing technology for glass jar caliber more than2cm was developed in this paper. The concretion of epoxy-resin-glue made using improved method is homogeneous and has less air bubble, as well as good stickability. The glass jar filled with SF6 and sealed with developed technology was checked in a container pumped to 20 kPa, and leakage of SF6was not found during 20 days. Then the glass jar was put into a container with normal atmosphere pressure and leakage of SF6was also not found during six months. This prove two layer epoxy-resin-glue technology developed can seal the glass jar completely.
