摘 要:新型内循环生物流化床污水处理技术是以传统三相流化床原理为基础开发的又一污水处理技术,其中生物流化床为气液固三相共存系统,它依靠气泡逸出的初始速度及其在升流区与降流区之间形成的密度差推动固液两相共同流态化,最终气液固三相在特定的容器内不断的循环流动。文章针对新型内循环生物流化床的中试研究,分析了不同运行工况生化处理效果,提出了进一步的改进建议,为该工艺运用于工程实践的放大设计提供了基础数据。New inner circulating biological fluidized bed technology is a developed technology which is based on the traditional three-phase fluidized bed principle. The biological fluidized bed is gas-liquid-solid three-phase coexisting system,it depends on the initial escaping velocity of bubbles and the different density between the upward and the downward flow zone, which can promote solid-liquid two-phase jointly fluidizing. Finally, make a gas-liquid-solid three-phase continuously circulating flow in specific container. This article is based on the research of a pilot of a new inner circulating biological fluidized bed, analysis of the different operating conditions of biochemical treatment effect, make the further improvement suggestion, and further on provide basic design data which can apply this technology to engineering practice.
