摘 要:采用化学沉淀法,以氯化钡、碳酸钡为沉淀剂,以唐山某化纤厂粘胶短纤维酸性废水为实验用水,对废水中高浓度硫酸根的去除以及资源化进行研究。实验结果表明:从处理效果、经济效益和对后续处理工艺的影响角度考虑,采用碳酸钡为沉淀剂处理与资源化粘胶短纤维废水中的高浓度硫酸根为最佳。低pH值有利于碳酸钡沉淀废水中的硫酸根,碳酸钡与硫酸根的摩尔投加比为1.0,搅拌速度≥1 240 r/min,搅拌30min时,硫酸根的去除率达到97.5%以上。反应温度升高不利于去除化纤废水中的硫酸根,但是影响不大,实际应用中可不降低水温。High concentrations of sulfate in the wastewater removal and resource with chemical precipitation method, barium chloride, barium carbonate as the precipitating agent were studied. The experimental wastewater is the viscose staple fiber acidic wastewater from a chemical fiber plant in Tangshan. Experimental results show that: Taking into account the treatment effect, economic efficiency and the impact on the subsequent treatment process, barium carbonate as a precipitating agent to deal with high concentrations of sulfate in viscose staple fiber waste water is the best choice. Sulfate removal rate of 97.5%.The low pH is advantageous to barium carbonate precipitate sulfate in the wastewater. When barium carbonate and sulfate molar dosing ratio is 1.0, stirring speed is greater than or equal 1 240 r/min, the mixing time of 30 minutes, barium carbonate precipitation sulfate works best. The reaction temperature is not conducive to the removal of sulfate in the chemical fiber wastewater, but has little effect. The water temperature in the practical application can not be reduced.
