摘 要:目的了解绵阳市学龄儿童碘营养状况,为本地区碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 2009—2011年采集绵阳市9个区县2 234名儿童的尿样,用尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T 107-2006)测定尿碘。结果共检测尿样2 234份,尿碘中位数为276μg/L,尿碘值小于50μg/L的样本53份,占检测样本数的2.37%;小于100μg/L的样本225份,占检测样本数的10.07%。各个年份、各个区县、各年龄组及男女组儿童尿碘中位数均无统计学差异(P小于0.05)。结论绵阳市学龄儿童碘营养状况良好,达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准;同时要加强动态监测和健康教育力度,做到科学补碘。Objectives To investigate the iodine level of school-aged children in Mianyang and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Urine samples of children in 9 county of Mianyang were collected and iodine was detected by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry( WS/T107- 2006) in 2009—2011. Results A total of 2 234 urine samples were detected; the median of urine iodine level was 276 μg/L. The content of urine iodine less than 50 μg/L was in 53 samples which accounted for 2. 37%,and the content of urine iodine less than 100 μg/L was in 225 samples which accounted for 10. 07%. There were no statistical difference among years,counties,ages and sex( P less than 0. 05). Conclusions The iodine nutritional status of school-aged children in Mianyang was well,it has reached the national standard criteria for iodine deficiency disorders being eliminated. It is still necessary to strengthen the dynamics of monitoring and health promotion,and to supply iodine scientifically.
