摘　　要：目的观察快速康复护理在经后腹腔镜肾切除术患者中的应用方法和效果。方法将60例肾切除患者随机分成实验组和对照组两组各30例,实验组采用快速康复护理的方法,对照组采用传统护理的方法,比较两组患者术后肛门排气时间、疼痛评分、住院时间、住院费用以及术后不良反应等有效指标。结果实验组和对照组比较,术后肛门排气时间短、住院天数缩短、住院费用减少,有统计学意义。结论快速康复护理的方法能促进肠蠕动恢复,减少住院天数,降低住院费用。Objective To observe the rapid rehabilitation nursing in Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy patients applied meth-od and effect .Methods 60 cases of renal resection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,two groups of 30 pa-tients each ,the experimental group with rapid rehabilitation nursing method ,the control group used the traditional Methods of nursing , compared two groups of patients with postoperative anal exhaust time ,pain score ,duration of hospitalization ,hospitalization expenses and postoperative adverse reactions and other effective index .Results the experimental group and the control group ,postoperative anal ex-haust time ,shortened hospital stay ,hospital costs ,with statistical significance .Conclusion the method of rapid rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis ,reduce the length of hospital stay and the cost of hospitalization .
