摘 要:目的观察中药对长期力竭运动大鼠卵巢ER、PR的影响。方法将动情周期正常的36只3月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动组、中药干预组(各12只)。运动组、中药干预组每日进行一次力竭游泳运动训练,同时中药干预组每日灌喂中药,安静对照组、运动组每日灌喂蒸馏水。运动训练5周后取大鼠卵巢组织,用免疫组织化学法和图像分析仪定量分析卵巢细胞ER、PR表达情况。结果与安静对照组相比,运动组大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞和黄体细胞上ER、PR表达都明显降低(P<0.01/P<0.05);中药干预组大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞和黄体细胞上ER、PR则比运动组明显升高(P<0.05),与安静对照组大鼠无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论中药能防止长期力竭运动对卵巢ER、PR的表达的抑制作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on ER and PR in ovary cells of rats who did Long-term exhaustive exercise.Methods 36female SD rats,aged 3months old,having normal estrus cycles were divided randomly into three groups:the quiet control group(Group C),the sport group(Group S)and the Chinese medicine intervention group(Group SM),12rats in each group.The rats in the group S and SM performed exhausting swimming daily and the rats in the group SM were fed Chinese medicine daily.The ovarian samples of rats were obtained after sports training for 5weeks.Then the immunohistochemical technique and image analysis technique were used to assess the expression levels of ER and PR in ovaries of those rats。Results The average Integrated Optical Density(IOD)of ER and PR in the group M,were lower than that of group C(P﹤0.01/P﹤0.05).Compared with group S,The mean IOD of ER and PR in the group MS were increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group MS and group C.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can prevent the inhibition of the expression of ER and PR in ovary cells caused by long-term exhaustive exercise.
