血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷中毒的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法回顾分析我院2009年1月至2012年9月收治的急性重度有机磷农药中毒70例患者,根据家庭经济情况及家属意愿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在阿托品、胆碱酯酶(CHE)复能剂及对症支持治疗的基础上同时应用HP联合HD治疗,对照组单纯使用阿托品、胆碱酯酶(CHE)复能剂及对症支持治疗,观察两组胆碱酯酶(CHE)活力恢复时间、昏迷病人清醒时间,判断HP联合HD治疗疗效。结果急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者,在阿托品、胆碱酯酶(CHE)复能剂及对症支持治疗的同时应用HP联合HD治疗,患者胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、昏迷时间、住院时间等均显著短于对照组。结论 HP联合HD治疗治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒是有效的,值得临床推广应用。Objective To summarize the curative effect of hemoperfusion (HP) combine hemodialysis(HD) in treatment for severe acute or-ganophosphorus pesticides poisoning(SAOPP) .Methods 70 cases with SAOPP in our hospital from 01/2009 to 09/2012 were randomly divided in-to treatment group and control group .Both of them were given atropine ,cholinesterase(CHE) reactivator ,respiratory support and so on .Besides that ,HP combine HD were given to the treatment group .For both of two groups ,the time of CHE reactivate and the time of consciousness were observed to evaluate the curative effect of HP combine HD .The treatment group ,detection for serum CHE activity been used before and after treatment .Results HP combine HD were given to the treatment group beside given atropine ,cholinesterase(CHE) reactivator ,respiratory sup-port .The time of CHE reactivate and the time of consciousness were observed to evaluate the curative effect of HP combine HD .Conclusion The rate of CHE activity increased significantly after the treatment with HP combine HD .
