新型敷料在2例颈淋巴结结核慢性伤口中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型敷料(爱康肤银Aquacel Ag、美盐beauty salt)在颈淋巴结核慢性伤口中的应用效果。方法对2例颈淋巴结结核慢性伤口的患者进行联合抗结核药物的全身治疗,局部伤口用新型敷料进行填塞伤口及潜行换药。根据伤口情况决定换药频率,每2~3天更换一次敷料。结果 1例经过40天换药后伤口完全愈合,1例27天后愈合,伤口愈合后继续使用抗结核药物直至疗程结束未复发。结论新型敷料(爱康肤银、美盐)对淋巴结核慢性伤口疗效较好,为临床上处理结核性慢性伤口提供了一种新的治疗方法。Objective To explore the application efftcts of the new dressing (AquacellAg and beauty salt ) in chronic cervical lymph node tu-berculosis .Methods Joint anti-TB drugs systemic treatment was to two patients of cervical lymph node tuberculosis .The opical wound was pack-ing the wound and sneak dressing with the new dressing .The replaced dressing frequency was decided according the wounds ,and replaced the dressing about every 2-3 d .Results One patient’s wound was completely healed after 40 d with new dressing and the other was after 27 d .Until the end of treatment with anti-TB drugs ,the wounds was no recurrence .Conclusion The new dressing has good effect for chronic tuberculosis wounds ,and provides a new method of treatment for chronic tuberculosis wounds .
