复发性尿路感染的细菌检验和药敏情况及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的对复发性尿路感染的细菌检验和药敏情况及治疗进行分析。方法选取2011年3月~2012年3月于本院治疗的76例复发性尿路感染患者,分析患者的尿细菌培养和药敏情况。并将培养阳性者定为观察组,将阴性者定为对比组,对其治疗影响进行分析。应用分期长疗程治疗,观察患者临床疗效。结果 76例患者的尿细菌培养中,27例阳性,61例大肠埃希菌,68例治愈。结论复发性尿路感染的细菌检验,在长疗程治疗中,指导有局限性,可应用分期治疗方法,且按照药敏试验,临床验证方法,选用抗生素。Objective to recurrent urinary tract infection and drug sensitivity of bacteria examination and treatment were analyzed .Methods Cut the 2011 March ~2012 years in March in our hospital for treatment of 76 cases of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection ,urinary bacterial culture and drug susceptibility in patients with analysis .And the positive culture as the observation group ,the negative as the contrast group ,the treatment effect analysis .Application of stage long course of treatment ,to observe the clinical curative effect of patients .Results 76 cases of patients with urinary bacterial culture ,27 were positive ,61 cases of Escherichia coli ,68 cases were cured .Conclusion The bacterial test of recurrent urinary tract infection ,in the long course of treatment ,guide has limitations ,but staging treatment methods ,and according to the drug sensitive test ,clinical verification method ,use of antibiotics .
