老年冠心病伴糖尿病行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年冠心病伴糖尿病行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的围手术期护理要点。方法对72例60以上冠心病伴糖尿病患者行冠状动脉旁路移植术的围术期护理要点进行回顾性分析。结果本组冠心病伴糖尿病患者痊愈出院,平均住院20.4d,术后心绞痛消失,生活质量明显改善。结论围手术期正确调控血糖、严密的监护及高质量的护理,可预防和减少并发症,降低死亡率,可有效帮助患者安全度过围手术期。Abjective To investigate the elderly coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus patients with coronary artery bypass transplan-tation of perioperative nursing points .Methods Here are 72 cases of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes with over 60 coronary artery by-pass transplantation of perioperative nursing points that were retrospectively analyzed .Result This group of patients with diabetes with coronary heart disease (CHD) discharged from the hospital ,the average hospitalization is 20.4 d ,postoperative angina disappeared ,the quality of their life was improved significantly .Conclusion The perioperative correct control of blood sugar ,rigorous monitoring ,and high quality of care are supposed to prevent and reduce the complications and lower the mortality rate ,which can effectively help perioperative patients safely .
