内科病房跌倒、坠床风险管理的实施及效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨我院跌倒坠床风险管理在内科病房中的应用效果。方法 A组2008年1月到2009年12月我院内科系统共计收治70岁以上患者435例,未进行跌倒坠床风险管理;B组2011年1月到2012年12月在我院内科系统实施跌倒坠床风险筛查450例,存在跌倒坠床高风险152例,观察分析两组跌倒坠床发生率,护理服务满意度。结果 A组总发生跌倒坠床较B组明显增加,满意度B组较A组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跌倒坠床风险管理在内科系统护理管理中能有效预防和减少风险该类事件的发生,有利于病房管理,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of fall risk management inDepartment of internal medicine beds in the ward .Methods Department of internal methods for A group in 2008 January to 2009 December in our hospital were treated435 cases of patients over the age of 70 ,did not fall bed management ;B group in 2011 January to 2012 December in our hospital department of internal medicinesystem implementation fall bed risk screening 450 cases ,existing fall bed of 152 high risk patients ,observation of the two groups of fall the incidence rate of falling out of bed ,nursing service satisfaction .Results in A group the total occurrence fall bed was significantly increased in group B ,satisfaction in B group than in A groupincreased ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) .Conclusion Fall bedrisk management can effectively prevent and reduce the risk of this kind of events in Department of internal medicine nursing management ,is conducive to the ward management ,improved pa-tient satisfactio.
