摘 要:为研究波纹腹板H形钢吊车梁在局部压力作用下的承载力,设计制作了5个试件。试验证明,试件的局压破坏形态为腹板的屈服,呈现出腹板由压力中心依次向两边先后屈服的特征,破坏过程中塑性特征明显。试验得到的极限承载力高于等厚度的平腹板钢梁。有限元方法能够较好地模拟构件的受力过程、极限荷载和破坏模式。经有限元参数分析发现,波纹越稀疏,承载力越低,腹板厚度,翼缘和腹板强度对承载力有直接影响,腹板高度无显著影响。基于研究,提出了设计表达式,经与试验和有限元结果对比,设计方法准确有效,且具有一定的安全储备。Five specimens were tested in order to investigate the bearing capacity of H-shaped crane girder with corrugated webs under local compressive loading.The results show that the failure modes of members usually manifest as yielding of webs,which reach the yield strength successively from the loading point to adjacent areas.The specimens exhibit remarkable ductility during the tests,and the ultimate capacities of the specimens are higher than those of the beams with plate webs.The finite element method could precisely simulate the loading process,bearing capacity and failure mode.Parameter analysis indicates that fewer wave numbers will result in lower capacity,web thickness and material strength have a significant effect on ultimate capacity of the girder while web height has no significant effect.Design formulas are put forward based on the research,which are validated by the test results and finite element analysis results and proved to be accurate and effective with certain safety margin.
