摘 要:结合奥园时代大厦项目的超限高层建筑结构的设计过程,总结双核心筒且两次钢结构高位转换结构的设计方法。采用基于性能目标的抗震设计方法,讨论了结构不同部位的抗震等级。探讨转换结构的侧向刚度比值的模拟计算,通过大量补充计算分析,确保结构具有良好的抗震性能。Base on the structure design process of Aoyuan Times Building,which is a tall building beyond code limits and has two shear wall core,summary the design method of structure with two high conversion truss. Specific to conditions which beyond code limits performance-based seismic design method was adopted. The concept of different parts of the structure with different seismic grade was proposed. Explore the lateral stiffness ratio of the transfer structure simulation analysis by a large number of additional calculations to ensure that the structure has a better seismic performance.
