摘　　要：本文通过对武警老干部活动中心项目的介绍,简述了工程的设计特点。为实现建筑效果及使用需求,存在平面凹凸、楼板开洞、大跨悬挑、楼层缩进等多种结构不规则布置,结构上从合理选型、多模型控制、加强薄弱部位、采取预应力设计等多种措施进行控制。此外,亦从基础设计及结构超长控制等方面进行了阐述。The objective of this paper is to introduce the project of old cadres activity center for armed police and design characteristics. In order to realize architectural effect and requirements,there are several kinds of structural irregular arrangement,such as concave-convers shape,floor with opening,large-span and cantilever structure. To control the structural property,many measures were used,for example multiple computing models,strengthened weak member, prestressed concrete structure. In addition,the base design and super-length structure design were discussed.
