摘　　要：本文结合天津大学综合实验楼结构设计,对高烈度区、体型复杂的多层建筑结构选型进行探讨,详细介绍了对体型复杂结构薄弱部位所采取的构造措施及设计难点采取的处理方法。同时,对于桩基选型过程中应注意的一些问题进行了详细阐述。希望通过本工程的介绍,能为类似工程提供借鉴经验。Through the laboratory building of Tianjin University project design,structure selection of complex multistory building in highly seismic area,the structural measures of weakness part in the complex building and the treatment measures of difficulties in the design process was introduced. Simultaneously,some guidelines in the process of pile style selection in detailed was stated. Through the introduction of this project,some experiences can be noticed.
