摘　　要：通过对中关村三小新校区项目的介绍,简述了小学工程的设计特点。从结构选型、大跨度上人屋盖结构、超长地下室结构的无缝设计以及空心楼板的设计等几方面进行了阐述。This article briefly presents the key design characteristics of primary school,though the introduction of No. 3 Zhongguancun Primary School project. It is described from the following aspects,such as the selection of structure system, the design of long-span truss roof,seamless Super-long Basement and hollow section slab.
