摘 要:高层建筑及附属建筑可采用自重抗浮,降水工艺由于周期长且费用较高会在工程进展到一定阶段后停止降水以节省造价,而随着城市地下水的大规模开发,地下水位不断降低可能引起建筑物的加速沉降。对于高层建筑,主裙间差异沉降可能会引起不可预见的开裂,对结构安全和耐久性带来不利影响,运用基于变形的结构设计,承担一部分差异变形引起的内力,并适当延后停止降水的实践,可以大大降低主裙结构连接部位开裂的风险。When there are used anti-floating by self-weight and precipitation technology on high-rise building and auxiliary buildings,because of long cycle and high cost the precipitation is stopped after certain stage of engineering so that to save cost,but following ground water in the city is developed on a large scale,the underground water level will be constantly reduced,so it will cause quick settlement of the building. For high-rise building,the differential settlement between main floor and annex may cause unforeseeable cracking,this leads to adverse effect for safety and durability of the structure. It can reduce cracking risk of connecting parts of main and annexing structure to use design of the structure based on the deformation,to bear a part of internal force caused by differential deformation and properly to postpone stopping precipitation.
