摘 要:CRB600H高延性冷轧带肋钢筋是国内近年来研制开发的新型冷轧带肋钢筋,它具有明显的屈服点、塑性好、强度高与混凝土握裹力强等优点。结合工程实例,对配置不同强度等级钢筋的楼板进行了承载力极限状态和正常使用极限状态计算,分析对比了各种强度等级钢筋在楼板中的用量,指出CRB600H高延性冷轧带肋钢筋用于现浇楼板中,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益,建议在工程实践中大力推广应用CRB600H钢筋,促进钢筋的升级换代。CRB600H cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation is a new cold rolling at home in recent years. It has obvious yield point,good plasticity,high strength and high bondability,etc. Combining with the engineering example, floor on the allocation of different strength grade steel for bearing capacity limit state and serviceability limit state was calculated. The amount of different strength grade reinforced in the floor were compared. It is pointed out that CRB600H for cast-in-situ floor board has high economic benefit and social benefit. The use of CRB600H steel bar in engineering practice was suggested to promote the upgrading of reinforced.
