摘　　要：本文以某高层项目为工程实例,该项目地上部分由A座24层写字楼、B座11层写字楼、C座4层商业裙房三部分组成,地下3层,地下部分连成一体。地基基础设计时,沉降差异控制是本工程需要解决的重要问题。本文介绍了地基处理方案、基础形式、沉降分析方法,以及沉降观测结果。以最经济的方式达到控制各主楼之间,及主楼与纯地下室之间的沉降差异,并取得良好效果。A high-rise project as a case was introduced. The project comprise A tower B tower,C tower and 3 floors underground. The scheme of foundation treatment,base form,settlement analysis method,and the settlement observation results were introduced.
