摘　　要：通过对玉树地震灾区房屋应急评估和调查,对建筑物的震害进行了整理和分析。根据评估结果分析认为,建筑物主要存在以下缺陷:1)未按规范设置构造柱和圈梁;2)普遍采用预制楼板;3)砌体基本为混凝土空心砌块;4)施工质量差。最后提出了相应的措施和若干建议。Based on the emergency assessment and investigation of building damage in Yushu city caused by earthquake on April 14,2010,the earthquake damage of building have been analyzed. As a result of our investigation and analysis,most of the buildings there were found to have some shortcomings that can be summarized as the following: 1) Grid and column was not constructed according to the standard; 2) Prefabricated floor was adopted; 3) The masonry was the native concrete hollow block; 4) Poor quality was seen with most of the buildings. Furthermore,several seismic fortification measures and suggestions about reconstruction are proposed in this paper.
