摘　　要：南京下关码头候船厅具有精美的建筑造型和丰富的建筑细部处理,是优秀的南京近代建筑代表作。该楼结构形式为纵墙承重结构体系,横墙布置很少,内部为双排柱,虽8O年代进行过抗震加固,但不满足7度抗震设防构造要求,本文介绍其墙体和屋盖结构加固改造设计情况,供相关建筑物加固改造工程参考。Nanjing XiaGuan Wharf Ship Hall is one of masterpieces for modern buildings in Nanjing with excellent architecture forms and details. The building's structure is composed by longitudinal wall bearing structure system with little cross wall arrangement. Because of the supporting system with double row columns inside the cross walls,the structure demonstrates weak seismic resistant capacity. The paper gives a general review about the work of reinforcement and reconstruction so as to provide a reference for further conservation and utilization.
