摘　　要：北京市某既有建筑建于2006年,原设计抗震设防分类为丙类,8度抗震设防。本文依据国家建筑工程质量检测中心出具的抗震鉴定报告结果,提出了相应的加固方案,加固后的结构抗震性能达到了相应规范要求,后续使用年限为30年。The existing building in Beijing was founded in 2006,the original design of earthquake-proof are classified as Class C,with an earthquake fortification intensity of 8 degree. This paper based on the results of the seismic appraisal report issued by the State Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Center,the strengthening method was put forward to achieve fortification class seismic standards and follow-up using period of 30 years for this building.
