摘 要:结合北京某多层砖混结构房屋抗震加固工程,介绍了砖混墙体采用后张预应力抗震加固新技术的工程应用。并进行了八片试验墙体在水平低周反复荷载下的试验研究,对比分析了未加固墙体与加固墙体的破坏形态和受力特点。研究结果表明,后张预应力加固砖砌体墙体可以显著提高墙体的延性和抗剪承载力,改善破坏形态。The application of the new seismic retrofitting technology of using post-tensioning tendons to retrofit brick wall structures was presented according to a seismic retrofitting project of multistory brick building in Beijing. Meanwhile,eight brick walls retrofitted with post-tensioned tendons were tested under lateral low-cyclic reversed load. Mechanical behaviors and failure modes of the seismically retrofitted brick walls using post-tensioning were compared to the response of a nonretrofitted brick wall. It could be found that the ductility and the shear capacity of the brick wall retrofitted using posttensioned tendons could be significantly improved,and the failure modes were also enhanced.
