摘　　要：对某砖混建筑外纵墙裂缝损伤进行了简要论述,分析了其产生的原因;检测了砖与砂浆的强度;从形体规则性、结构体系、局部易倒易损部位、结构整体性连接和抗震承载力等方面对抗震性能进行了分析,并提出了鉴定意见与处理建议。The crack located in vertical wall was discussed briefly,its reason was analyzed; material strength was detected; seismic performance was carried on from the regularity of structure,structure system,local ticklish damageable parts,structural integrity and seismic bearing capacity,finally the seismic appraisal results and handling suggestions are presented in this article.
