摘 要:为了推广应用轻质混凝土楼板,本文以一幢2层预制混凝土结构实际工程为背景,通过足尺轻质混凝土楼板开展了单调静力荷载试验,对楼板的裂缝分布、破坏形态、位移延性等进行了较系统的研究。试验结果表明轻质混凝土楼板的破坏过程与普通混凝土梁的是一致的,具体表现为受拉钢筋屈服后翼缘板顶部混凝土压碎,呈弯曲破坏模式;轻质混凝土楼板表现出较好的延性,其延性系数不小于8.5。研究成果可为轻质混凝土楼板的推广应用提供技术依据。In order to promote the use lightweight concrete slabs,a full-scale lightweight concrete slab,which was designed according to a two story prototype residential building,was tested under monotonic loading. Behavior of the test specimen was evaluated in terms of distribution of cracks,failure mode,ductility,etc. Test results showed that the failure process of the lightweight concrete slab was similar to that of the normal concrete slab,which was confirmed that the top concrete was crushed after the after tensile longitudinal reinforcement yielding,and the bending failure mode was observed; the test specimen performed in a ductile manner,and its value of ductility coefficient was not less than 8. 5. The results are useful to expand the application of lightweight concrete slabs.
