摘　　要：当前建筑大多带有大体量的地下室,而地下室的设计方案通常在初步设计阶段就需要作出比较。本文结合工程中地下室较为常用的结构形式(井字梁楼盖、无梁楼盖、预应力无梁楼盖),从结构的受力性能和经济性能上做了比较分析,得出了可供借鉴的结论,并对不同楼盖形式的适用情况给出了建议。Currently,more and more architectures are built with a large volume of the basement.At the stage of preliminary design phase the basement design scheme should make comparison.The commonly used structure forms(pigsty floor,beamless floor,prestressed flat slab) were analyzed and compared from the mechanical and economical performance.The conclusion can be used for reference,and the suggestions of the applicable condition of different structure are given.
