摘 要:21世纪头二十年是我国新一轮铁路站房建设的重要发展阶段,在当前的社会环境和经济条件下,多地新建或改扩建的铁路站房从单一国铁站房转变为集国铁、地铁、长途客运、公交、出租车为一体的铁路综合枢纽。如何充分利用这样一个"铁路航母"所对应的庞大地下空间,在实现各种交通设施高效协同运作的同时,消除铁路客站对周边城市空间的割裂现象,成为一个日益为人们所关注的课题。以上海虹桥铁路枢纽、宁波南站交通枢纽等案例为基础,对特大型、大型铁路站房为核心所构成的不同规模铁路枢纽地下空间所匹配的综合开发模式进行梳理研究。The first twenty years of 21 century is an important developing stage of our new railway stations construction.Under the circumstances of current social and economic conditions,many newly-built or enlarged railway stations are turned into the comprehensive railway hubs from the single-function railway station,which are composed of railway, metro,long-distance coach,bus and taxi.It becomes a topic getting more and more focus to take full advantage of the huge underground space of such'railway carriers',and to eliminate urban space segregation caused by railway stations while keep efficient corporation of different transit facilities.Based on case studies of Shanghai Hongqiao Railway hub and South Ningbo Railway Station,underground space developing modes of different sizes of railway stations,which are around the core of super-large and large railway stations,are studied.
