浅谈上海地区多层民用建筑桩基设计的经济性

摘　　要：介绍上海地区多层民用建筑桩基础的类型,并通过实例比较得出纯桩基比沉降控制复合桩基更经济;并对纯桩基,通过实例阐述了在同一桩型下如何选择持力层及桩长以达到经济性。Pile foundation types of multi-storey civil buildings in Shanghai area were introduced,and through examples comparison,pure pile foundations are more economical than composite pile foundations controlled by settlement.The paper also elaborates how to select the bearing layer and pile length in order to achieve the economy of the same type of pure pile foundations.
