摘　　要：既有建筑修缮加固设计的不确定因素常常会超过新建建筑,若检测鉴定数据样本量不足或过于离散、设计资料不全、材料劣化速度不确定等,则存在较多偏离设计预期的风险,以南京招商局旧址办公楼修缮设计为例,探讨了历史建筑修缮改造实践中提高结构安全储备进行风险控制的具体措施。Uncertainty factors existing in the renovation design of historical buildings are often greater than new buildings, limited data and discrete information from available samples includes structures characteristics and material degradation usually result in risk of deviation from the original design proposal.We take the renovation of Nanjing Zhaoshang Building as an example,discuss the renovation practice for improving structure safety margin in historic buildings reservations.
