摘 要:以内蒙古白云鄂博1.5 MW风力发电机塔架结构为背景,设计了锥台型钢结构塔筒和格构式钢管混凝土三肢柱塔架模型,通过对模型的拟静力试验研究,分析了两种形式风力发电机塔架结构的受力性能、破坏机理和破坏特征以及材料利用率和经济适用性。研究结果表明,在满足使用要求的条件下,锥台型钢结构塔筒的破坏由稳定性控制,属于失稳破坏,水平荷载-位移滞回曲线在失稳前基本呈线性变化,材料利用率低,且制造运输成本大,但技术成熟。而格构式钢管混凝土三肢柱塔架结构属于材料破坏,水平荷载-位移滞回曲线呈现不对称的"梭形",材料利用率高,制造运输成本低,但施工制造工序多,不利于制造质量的保证。由对比分析可知,相对于锥台型钢结构塔筒,格构式钢管混凝土塔架结构有更为优越的受力性能和抗震性能,有进一步深入研究分析的价值。Based on the 1.5 MW wind turbine tower in Inner Mongolia Baiyun Obo,the frustum steel tower drum and latticed concrete-filled steel tubular tower with three limbs models were designed.The mechanical behavior,failure mechanism and characteristics,material utilization rate and economic applicability of the two forms wind turbine towers were analyzed through the quasi-static experiment on the tower model.The results show that under the same conditions that meet the use requirements,the damage of frustum steel tower drum is the buckling failure.The horizontal loaddisplacement hysteretic curve exhibits linear variation before instability.The material utilization rate of this kind of tower drum is lower,and the manufacturing and transportation cost is higher,though the technology is mature.While the latticed concrete-filled steel tubular tower with three limbs exhibits the material damage,and the horizontal loaddisplacement hysteresis curves are asymmetric spindle,the material utilization is higher and transportation cost is lower,but the construction process is so complicated that the quality can't be assured.It can be found from the results that latticed concrete-filled steel tubular tower has excellent mechanical behavior and seismic performance compared with the frustum steel tower drum,and has further need to research.
