摘  要:为研究纯扭作用下型钢混凝土梁的受力性能,设计6根型钢混凝土梁和1根钢筋混凝土梁进行了纯扭加载试验,考虑了型钢含钢率、型钢保护层厚度和配箍率3个变化参数。通过对试件破坏形态、扭矩-扭率曲线、开裂扭矩和极限扭矩等的分析,研究纯扭作用下型钢混凝土梁的性能退化及损伤演变过程,并分析了各变化参数对试件截面损伤演变的影响。研究结果表明:纯扭作用下型钢混凝土梁和钢筋混凝土梁均历经了线弹性、弹塑性和破坏三个阶段,钢筋混凝土梁表现为脆性破坏,型钢混凝土梁表现为延性破坏,且其极限扭矩和延性与钢筋混凝土梁相比有较大的提高;型钢的混凝土保护层厚度、型钢配钢率和配箍率对纯扭作用下构件的损伤演变有很大的影响,保护层厚度越小、型钢含钢率和配箍率越大,受扭构件的损伤度越小,在钢筋混凝土构件中配置型钢,能有效的抑制构件的损伤发展。In order to study the torsional behavior of steel reinforced concrete beams,six steel reinforced concrete beams and one reinforced concrete beams were designed for testing.Steel ratio,protective layer thickness and stirrup ratio were considered as the test parameters.Through the experiment,the failure pattern of specimens,T-θ curves,cracking torque and ultimate torque etc were analyzed,the degradation performance and damage evolution process of solid-web steel reinforced concrete beams subjected to pure torsion were studied.Then the influencing factors of damage evolution were analyzed.The results show that: the torsion loading process of steel reinforced concrete beams and reinforced concrete beams can be divided into three stages which are elastic,elasto-plastic and failure stages.The reinforced concrete beam specimen is brittle failure,while solid-web steel reinforced concrete beam specimens fail in a ductile manner,with the ultimate torque and ductility greatly improved due to the use of steel shape.The solid-web steel reinforced concrete beam with steel can effectively reduce the torsional rigidity degradation and improve the deformation properties;steel ratio and protective layer thickness,stirrup ratio have great influence on damage evolution of the torsion components.The smaller the steel protective layer thickness and the greater the steel ratio and stirrup ratio are,the smaller the damage degree of the torsion components.Use of steel shape in reinforced concrete member can effectively inhibit the damage development.
