摘  要:采用海绵包裹恒电流方法对6根钢-混凝土组合梁负弯矩区栓钉进行相同电流密度、不同通电时间的加速锈蚀试验。结果表明,海绵包裹恒电流法能基本能达到预期栓钉锈蚀率,且可较好模拟实际侵蚀环境中的不均匀锈蚀。对未锈蚀组合梁及不同锈蚀率的钢-混凝土组合梁施加负弯矩,研究负弯矩区栓钉的不同锈蚀率对组合梁的承载能力、挠度以及钢-混凝土间滑移等性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:随着栓钉锈蚀率的增加,组合梁抗剪连接程度下降,钢材塑性性能不能得到充分发挥,组合梁刚度下降,承载力降低;但锈蚀后的组合梁承载力仍大于未锈蚀组合梁的承载力理论值;随着锈蚀率的增加,栓钉的刚度降低,使得钢梁与混凝土滑移增大,不利于两种材料协同受力工作。studs of six steel-concrete composite beams were corroded in the hogging moment region by electronic accelerating method with same current density but different duration.The effect of the stud corrosion on the mechanical behavior of composite beams was studied.It is shown that the expected corrosion rates can be approximately achieved and uneven corrosion of the studs is well simulated.Hogging moment was applied to one normal and six stud-corroded composite beams.The impacts of studs' corrosion rates on beam bending capacity,deflection and bond-slip between the steel and concrete were investigated.Results indicate that with increasing of stud corrosion rate,the stiffness of composite beams under hogging moment decreases.The ultimate strength of steel-concrete composite beams slightly decreases with the increased stud corrosion rate.However,the predictions for uncorroded composite beams using current design method are still conservative compared with test results.The bond-slip between steel and concrete will be increased with the increase of stud corrosion rate.
