摘 要:试验设计4组共8个格构式钢骨-钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管-混凝土柱,其中2个短柱(L=500 mm)、2个中长柱(L取1 500 mm)、4个长柱(L取2 500、3 500 mm)试件。通过对钢骨-钢管混凝土柱进行轴压试验,考虑格构式钢骨和长细比两个变化因素,观察各试件受力过程及破坏形态,测得荷载-应变和荷载-位移关系曲线,并分析两个变量对试件承载力的影响规律。研究结果表明:钢骨-钢管混凝土柱受力过程均经历弹性阶段、屈服阶段和破坏阶段,破坏形态主要有材料强度破坏和弹塑性失稳破坏;格构式钢骨架对试件承载力有一定提高;长细比对钢骨-钢管混凝土试件承载力影响较大,随着长细比增加,试件承载力明显降低。此外采用AISC规范和欧洲规范4的相关计算公式计算钢骨-钢管混凝土柱承载力,计算结果表明规范公式均相对保守。因此,建议的格构式钢骨-钢管混凝土轴压柱的承载力设计公式,能较为准确地预测钢骨-钢管混凝土柱承载力。Experimental investigation of concrete-filled steel tubular columns with reinforcing lattice angle was conducted in this study.Eight column specimens were divided into four groups by length from 500 mm to 3 500 mm.And each group had two columns specimens with and without lattice angle.The whole loading process and failure mode were observed.The influence of test parameters including lattice angle and slenderness ratio on the ultimate strengths of specimens were investigated.Meanwhile,a series of important curves of load-displacement,load-axial strain and load-hoop strain were also plotted.It is shown that the loading process of specimens consists of elastic stage,yield stage and failure stage.The failure modes are mainly strength failure and failure of elasto-plastic instability.The ultimate strengths of specimens with reinforcing lattice angle are enhanced and the slenderness has great influence on ultimate strengths and failure modes of specimens.In addition,the test strengths were compared with the design strengths calculated using the AISC Specification and Eurocode 4 for the design of composite structural members.It is shown that the design strengths are generally conservative.A new design method was also proposed for the concretefilled steel tubular columns with reinforcing lattice angle.It is shown that the design predictions from the proposed method agree with test results well.
