摘　　要：绝缘电阻测试仪是在电子器件生产过程中进行质量监控的重要测试设备之一。为提高该测试仪的综合性能,不仅要提高其准确度、可靠性等指标,还要提高其测量速度,从而提高电子器件的生产效率。该文为提高绝缘电阻测试仪的测量速度给出解决方案和思路。The insulation resistance meter is one of the most important measuring devices during the process of supervising and producing the electronic devices. In order to improve its overall capability,it is required to enhance its accuracy,reliability and measuring speed. Thus,at the same time, the efficiency of producing electronic devices can be enhanced. This paper aims at putting forward the possible resolutions to increase the measuring speed of the measuring devices.
