摘  要:介绍巴克豪森噪声的原理,同时基于对巴克豪森噪声方法的深入研究和分析,提出一种基于巴克豪森噪声应力检测系统。系统以工控机为平台,构成以激励信号产生模块,数据采集、数据处理和人际交互界面的总体框架,将巴克豪森噪声应力检测技术和数据信号处理技术相结合,并提供便捷的人机交互界面。着重阐述巴克豪森应力检测设备的设计方案,其中包括设备主要硬件模块的介绍和人机交互界面的设计。试验结果表明:该设备性能稳定,测量精度高,具有广泛的应用前景。This paper introduces the principle of Barkhausen noise. Based on the in-depth study of Barkhausen noise method and analysis, a detection system on the basis of Barkhausen noise stress was proposed. In this system,the overall construction of the exciting signal generation,data sampling, data processing and host controller interface parts was based on the industrial PC. It combines Barkhausen noise stress testing technology with data signal processing technology, and provides convenient man-machine interactive interface. This paper emphatically expounds the design scheme of stress testing equipment, which includes the design of the hardware module function and that of human-computer interaction interface. The experimental results show that the equipment performance is stable,and it has high measurement accuracy. The application prospect is very broad.
