摘  要:为综合利用煤泥资源,文中利用1台135MW等级循环流化床锅炉的煤泥添加系统完成了大比例煤泥掺烧技术试验。试验研究了煤泥给料位置、给料量对循环流化床锅炉运行特性的影响。试验结果表明,大比例煤泥掺烧后锅炉整体运行稳定,最大煤泥掺烧比例可达70%,中部给料的经济性略优于顶部给料,由于燃用煤泥后烟气体积增加并引起炉内灰浓度变化,风机电流和排烟温度显著增加,应及时进行燃烧优化调整,将配风调整至合理范围并增加尾部烟道吹灰频次。For utilization of resources for the slime, the paper analyzed large proportion coal slime co-combustion tests result of one 135MW CFB boiler. The test studied the influence of different coal slime feeding position and proportion for operational characteristics. Test results show that the overall operation of the boiler are stability at 70% proportion of coal slime co-combustion, the economy of the central feeding slightly better than the top feeding, due to the increased flow of flue gas after combustion with coal slime and cause ash concentration in the furnace, a significant increase in flue gas temperature and fan current, combustion optimization should be adjusted adjusted to a reasonable range with the air flow and increase the frequency of rear flue soot blowing.
