摘 要:燃煤火电厂烟道内部构件的设计好坏关系到烟道内流场分布均匀程度,进而影响下游除尘器的除尘效率。文中以工程常用的规范标准烟道及CE方案烟道2种烟道为原型,借助计算流体动力学软件Fluent模拟除尘器模型前烟道压力和速度分布。利用经验曲线计算值与一段无内撑杆的弯管段模拟值对比,进行CFD计算方法的可行性验证。进而在相同条件下对2种不同内撑结构的烟道进行模拟,综合比较两者的压力损失大小、速度场及压力场分布,得到优选规范标准烟道方案的结论。The design of flue gas ducts in a coal-fired power plant usually determines the flow field uniformity, which has a great effect on the efficiency of the downstream electrostatic precipitator. Referring to standard scheme and the CE-scheme inner supports usually used in power plants, gas pressure and velocity distribution of electrostatic precipitator inflow duct were studied by computational flow dynamic(CFD). The validation of the numerical simulation model was verified by comparing the empirical results with the simulation results of pressure loss in a duct bend without inner supports. Under the same condition, the ducts with inner supports of Standard scheme and the CE-scheme were simulated. By comparing pressure loss, pressure distribution and velocity distribution, it is found that the standard scheme performs better than the CE-scheme.
