基于粗糙集条件信息熵的社区信息资源配置评价研究

摘　　要：针对社区信息资源配置评价缺乏系统的、标准化的评价指标体系,本文尝试构建了一套社区信息资源配置评价指标体系,并引入粗糙集理论建立了基于信息熵观点下的社区信息资源配置智能评价模型。该模型在利用粗糙集方法确定指标权重时,完全基于数据驱动获得客观权重值结果,为社区信息资源配置评价提供了一个新的解决方案。文末的实证分析和实验比较,验证了该粗糙集智能评价模型的有效性与优越性。Considering the problem that community information resources configuration assessment lacks systemtic and stadardized evaluation index system,a set of evaluation index system of community information resource allocation is built in this paper,and at the same time,the theory of rough set is introduced to establish the community information resources configuration assessment model,which is based on information entropy.The model in the rough set method is used to determine the index weight,entirely based on data driven as a result,to obtain the objective weight value for the community information resources configuration assessment provides a new solution.Empirical analysis and experiment comparisions verify the effectiveness of the proposed rough set intelligent evaluation model and the superiority.
