摘　　要：针对突发事件爆发时的不确定性、模糊性等特点,提出了一种改进的灰色定权聚类方法对突发事件进行分级。本文以三角模糊数表示分级指标的判断信息,构造三角模糊数互补判断矩阵,利用模糊可能度求得各指标的权重,进而利用白化权函数进行灰色聚类,对突发事件进行分级判定。最后,通过对四川省多起地震事件进行案例分析,验证了方法的可行性和实用性。An improved gray clustering model of emergency classification is proposed in this paper according to the emergency characteristics,such as uncertainty,little information.By using triangular fuzzy number to convey the preference of emergency decision makers,the judgment matrix is constructed and the weights of the indicator through fuzzy possiblity are obtained.Furthermore,the whitenization weight function is constructed to get the classification of the emergency based on the information of the emergency.Finally,a case in Sichuan is introduced to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.
