摘 要:家族企业的健康发展问题已成为家族企业研究中一个具有现代意义的重要课题。本文依据家族企业健康生态系统理论,首先通过文献研究及现场访谈,确定家族企业绩效评价的三个维度,即家族绩效、经营绩效、社会绩效,提出了家族企业可持续发展的绩效评价的框架结构及具体评价指标体系。接着详细分析了各个维度及具体指标对家族企业健康发展的影响。由于家族绩效、经营绩效、社会绩效都是潜变量,而线性回归方程不能解释潜变量之间的相关关系,因此本文采用结构方程模型处理这些不可直接观测的变量(潜变量)之间的关系,并运用AMOS7.0软件分析数据,确定绩效评价指标及各指标的权重,在此基础上筛选出了家族企业可持续发展的绩效评价指标体系。The healthy development of family enterprises is an important subject,which has become a modern significance in family business research.According to healthy ecosystem theory of family business,first of all,through the literature research and talk shows,the three dimensions of the performance evaluation in family enterprise are determined,that is the family performance,business performance and social performance.Then the framework of performance evaluation for the sustainable development of family enterprise structure and the specific evaluation index system is put forward in this paper.The various dimensions and specific indicators in detail which affect the healthy development of family enterprises are also analyzed.Because the family performance,business performance and social performance are latent variables,but the linear regression equation cannot explain the relationship between these latent variables,so the structural equation model is introduced to deal with these cannot be directly observed variables(latent variable),which uses AMOS7.0 software to analyze data.Performance evaluation indexes and the weight of each index are determined.On this basis,the performance evaluation index system is selected finally for the sustainable development of family enterprises.
