高新区创新国际化运行机制及绩效研究

摘　　要：创新体系国际化已成为全球创新活动的重要发展趋势。本文在现有文献梳理的基础上,界定了区域创新国际化的含义,并基于企业、高等院校、科研机构、政府、中介机构等创新主体的国际互动分析区域创新国际化的运行机制,包括利益驱动机制、交互式学习机制、决策信息机制、竞争机制、协作机制、激励机制。以中关村为例,分析其创新国际化发展现状,并利用熵权法对其创新国际化绩效进行评估。Innovation internationalization has become an important trend of global innovation.Based on the literature review,the definition of regional innovation internationalization is determined in this paper.Operation mechanism of regional innovation internationalization is analyzed on the basis of international interaction between enterprises,universities,research institutions,governments and intermediary agencies.The operation mechanism includes benefit-drive mechanism,interactive learning mechanism,decision information mechanism,competition mechanism,cooperation mechanism and incentive mechanism.With the case on Zhongguancun,the current situation of innovation internationalization is analyzed;the performance of innovation internationalization is evaluated with the entropy method.
