中部地区“两型”城市发展水平研究

摘　　要：随着人类发展进入生态文明阶段,"两型"城市建设逐渐受到重视,本文选取中部地区进行两型城市发展水平的研究。基于城市文明价值取向,"两型"城市表现为布局合理、消费理性、财富均衡,以此为特征,本文从绿地结构、交通结构、功能结构、消费规模、消费结构、物质财富、精神财富、生态财富八个角度设指标对两型发展指数进行构建。实证结果表明"两型"城市发展水平整体偏低,而城市间相对发展水平存在较大差异性。分析相关性发现,"两型"城市发展水平与经济发展一致性很低,而后天努力会对"两型"发展水平的影响逐渐显现。As the human development enters a stage of ecological civilization,the construction of two-oriented city is taken seriously gradually.Development level the two-oriented city in central area of China is studied in this paper.Based on urban civilization values,two-oriented city shows reasonable layout,rational consumption and wealth equalization.On this basis,the construction of the index system of two-oriented city is completed from the perspective of green structure,transportation structure,function structure,scale of consumption,consumption structure,material wealth,spiritual wealth and ecological wealth.The empirical results show that,the development of two-oriented city is in low level,and there is a big difference in different cities.Further analysis show that,the development level of two-oriented city and economic development is not consistent,and the effect that policy measure impacts on development level of two-oriented city reveals gradually.
