摘 要:通过对研究区域内环境空气多环芳烃污染以及人群体内多环芳烃内暴露的同时检测和分析,研究了人群体内的羟基多环芳烃1-羟基芘与环境空气中芘、多环芳烃、PM10以及PM2.5的关系.结果显示,4个研究点位人群体内1-羟基芘的中位数与环境空气中芘的浓度均值存在较好的相关性,而与空气中多环芳烃的浓度均值高低顺序不一致;这种关系表明人群尿液中1-羟基芘的浓度可以很好的反应当地人群面临的空气中芘的污染状况,同时说明仅仅采用1-羟基芘作为环境空气多环芳烃污染的生物标志物存在一定的局限性.On the simultaneously determination of the PAHs pollution in the air and the hydroxyl PAHs in the urine samples in the selected districts, this research discussed the relation of the 1-hydroxypyrene in human urine and the Pyrene, PAHs, PM10 and PM2.5 in the ambient air. Our research showed that there was significant correlation coefficient of the concentration of the 1-hydroxypyrene in the urine samples and the Pyrene in the ambient air samples. However, no significant correlation coefficient of the concentration of the 1-hydroxypyrene and the PAHs was found here. This result showed that the concentrations of the 1-hydroxypyrene in people's urine samples reflected the pollution situation of Pyrene in the ambient air with which the local people suffered. It was also indicated that the deficiency was exist when the 1-hydroxypyrene was taken as the biomarker of the pollution of ambient air.
