摘　　要：国际矿业发展趋势与国际经济发展周期基本一致,既面临挑战,也蕴藏机遇。矿产资源全球化导致大规模跨国矿业投资,垄断加剧。在这种形势下,"走出去"的中国矿业企业只有完全融入到全球化的环境中,注重管理人才和技术人才的培养,注重技术创新和商业模式创新,提高环保意识,选择优势资源和找矿霸区,才能在激烈的国际竞争中实现可持续发展。The condition of international mining industry whose cycle is identical with international economy is very severe ,facing challenge and opportunity .Global of mining resources leads to large-scale investment .As the same time ,monopolize is very serious .In this condition ,in order to realize the sustained development of “going out” Chinese mining corporations in international compete ,they must merge in the circumstances ,pay attention to training of management and technical talents and pay attention to creation of technology and business models .
