东北地区煤炭资源型城市可持续发展模式选择研究

摘　　要：基于生态文明建设大背景,本文通过构建东北地区煤炭资源型城市的可持续发展指标体系,划分了以资源指数、经济指数、社会指数、生态环境指数为核心权重的4个一级指标和18个要素。运用层次分析法,对鸡西市、双鸭山市、鹤岗市、七台河市、辽源市、抚顺市和阜新市等7座煤炭资源型城市可持续发展度进行了评价,可持续发展度分别为0.79、0.92、0.81、0.78、0.70、0.62、0.76。通过主导产业(煤炭工业)和替代产业发展模式划分,对东北地区7座煤炭资源型城市的发展模式进行了评价,提出其主导产业发展方向和替代产业选择途径。the paper builds the Sustainable development indicator system of North-East Area coal mine resource cities based on the Ecological civilization construction ,thus classed by 4 priority sectors of resource ,economy ,society and ecological environment and 18 elements .By using of AHP ,the paper gives the sustainable development level evaluation of 7 coal mine resource city ,which involving Jixi city ,Shuangyashan city ,Hegang city ,Qitaihe city ,Liaoyuan city ,Fushun city and Fuxin city .Furthermore ,the sustainable development levels are 0 .79、0 .92、0 .81、0 .78、0 .70、0 .62、0 .76 .Finally ,through classing developing mode of leading and alternative industries ,the paper gives the leading and alternative industries path selection based on the evaluation of developing mode results of 7 coal mine resource cities in North-East Area .
